How do I customize an order or make a special request?
Select the item you want to order. In the “Special Instructions” text box, please type what you want to add or change.
Example: “I want to order Sesame Chicken Combo with Chicken Lo Mein with extra chicken instead of the default side.”
Text Box: “w/Chicken Lo Mein & $3.00 extra chicken in the Lo Mein”
What happens if I don’t clarify a customization?
If you don’t clarify what kind of customization you want, we will give you the default item.
Example: “I want to order Sesame Chicken Combo with Lo Mein.”
Outcome: Your Sesame Chicken Combo order will come with Plain Lo Mein because you didn’t specify what kind of Lo Mein you wanted.
Do customizations incur additional charges?
Yes. Most of the time, customizations will incur additional charges. Please be aware that the additional cost will NOT show on your online receipt and will be added on once you checkout at the cash register.
What is the difference between Lo Mein & Chow Mein?
Please note the difference between Lo Mein & Chow Mein.
Lo Mein is the dish with mostly spaghetti noodles and/or your choice of protein.
Chow Mein is the dish with mostly vegetables and/or your choice of protein and comes with a bag of crispy noodles.
Do we take payments online or over the phone?
No. We do not have an online payment option at this time, and prefer not to take credit card payments over the phone.
